For an event as important as our wedding day, it wasn’t only about having a coordinator who was friendly and organized, but someone who we really trusted to take care of us on the big day.

Nicole, Dan and I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for being so instrumental in the absolutely perfect day our wedding turned out to be. We couldn’t have asked for things to turn out any better and it was completely stress free for us because of you. I have a sneaky suspicion that you even had something to do with the incredible sunshine we had.

Being super organized and with enough time (or so I thought) I didn’t initially plan to hire a wedding planner… Getting closer to the day with many small details still to be looked after, and lists of lists, we decided it would be a worthwhile investment to hire you to assist with our “day of wedding” co-ordinating. Even though we did not start working together until less than a month to our wedding, you took control of the situation. From your first email, with the comprehensive list of services you would be covering, to the phone calls and emails, to the rehearsal and the wedding the next day, your assistance was immeasurable. We appreciated how genuinely happy you were to take over and ensure all the vendors were on board and to plan the day out perfectly without having to involve us in the “little details”. We had hired you for “day of” planning only, but we definitely got so much more than that.

We were so impressed that you came out to the rehearsal to organize not only us, but our families and were already busy in consultations with the venue’s events manager when we arrived. We appreciated that you stayed until the very end to ensure that things went as smoothly as possible, and that everything and everyone got to where it needed to be. We had so many comments about our wonderful wedding planner, and both of our families commented on how helpful and friendly you were. We really felt that you cared about making our day as beautiful as possible.

I got married on November 8th 2007 in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Nicole Turcotte from “Down the Aisle” flew all the way to Mexico with me and my family to see that my wedding was everything I dreamed of.

The minute we arrived in Mexico Nicole was already booking appointments with the people from the catering department and hotel finding out about everything we needed in order to plan for the big day. Not only was Nicole busy helping plan my wedding but she made sure my guests were well informed and helped in planning daily events leading up to the wedding. She booked day trips, group meals, assisted me in selecting my flowers, food and my wedding cake, met with my photographer, made sure the staff was prepared, organized the wedding rehearsal, and booked us into a beautiful restaurant for dinner with our families the night before the wedding. Most importantly, Nicole thought of everything on the big day and created my wedding ceremony and reception to be utterly breath taking.

Nicole’s level of organization throughout the wedding planning process was absolutely outstanding and she made the whole process very enjoyable. But what I really appreciated about Nicole is how she went above and beyond what she was hired for. She truly does care about your special day and makes sure that it is exactly what you dreamed of. She is professional, organized, talented, and a calming influence. Hiring Nicole to assist me in planning the big event was by far the best decision I ever made; she totally exceeded my expectations. I highly suggest hiring Nicole to any Bride to be if you are looking to have a beautiful wedding everyone will remember.
